biting the hand that feeds?

Not being on Facebook is challenging. 

"It's part of the job," is the phrase I keep hearing. 

Somehow, being a musician now also requires being a social media marketing specialist. 

I am becoming increasingly leery of this. 

Music is music. Digital marketing is digital marketing. 

More and more, the gig seems secondary to the marketing.


I play gigs because music is my life. I hope you will come hear the music.
